It takes about 3-6 months to process application after submitted required documents and all document receipt from applicant. It will be allowed to stay in Hong Kong officially when the investor has to make necessary investment proof. Investors and their dependents who have ordinarily resided in Hong Kong for seven consecutive years may apply for permanent residency in Hong Kong Law.
